باستخدامك تطبيق طير ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.
١. استخدام التطبيق
التطبيق أداة لإدارة تربية الطيور ومتابعتها. تتحمّل مسؤولية دقة البيانات التي تُدخلها وصحة استخدامك للتطبيق. تلتزم بعدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة الإضرار بها أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليها.
٢. الحساب
تسجيل الدخول اختياري ويُستخدم للمزامنة والنسخ الاحتياطي. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية وصولك لحسابك، وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلاله.
٣. النسخة المجانية والحدود
يعمل التطبيق مجاناً بحدود مناسبة للبداية (عدد محدود من الإنتاج والغرف والأقفاص والطيور وعناصر القوائم). للوصول الكامل بلا حدود، يلزم اشتراك «النسخة الكاملة».
٤. الاشتراكات والتجديد

- يُدفع الاشتراك عبر حساب App Store أو Google Play، ويُخصم عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِ التجديد قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية.
- يُخصم رسم التجديد خلال 24 ساعة من نهاية المدة الحالية.
- تُدار الاشتراكات وتُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر بعد الشراء:
iPhone: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← طير.
Android: Google Play ← الحساب ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← طير. - في التجربة المجانية: إن لم تُلغِ قبل انتهائها، يبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائيًا. أي جزء غير مستخدم من التجربة يسقط عند شرائك اشتراكًا.
- لا نوفّر استردادًا مباشرًا؛ تُدار طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياسات App Store و Google Play.

٦. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره وكل محتوياته مملوكة لنا ومحميّة بموجب القانون. بياناتك التي تُدخلها تبقى ملكك.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" لتنظيم بيانات تربيتك ومساعدتك على المتابعة. نبذل جهدنا لدقّته وتوافره، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه التام من الأخطاء أو استمرارية الخدمة دون انقطاع. احرص على الاحتفاظ بنسخة من بياناتك المهمة.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
٩. المجتمع والمحتوى المنشور
الملف العام والإعلانات والأندية محتوى يراه غيرك، ولا تنشر فيه شيئاً قبل قبول هذه الشروط داخل التطبيق.
- لا تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء: الإساءة والألفاظ البذيئة والتحرّش والاحتيال والانتحال والمحتوى المضلّل أو المسروق — يُحذف ويُحظر صاحبه من المجتمع أو من التطبيق.
- أنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره وعن صحّته. البيع والدفع والتسليم بينك وبين الطرف الآخر مباشرة، و«طير» ليست طرفاً في الصفقة ولا تمسك مالاً لأحد.
- الأنواع: يُختار نوع كل طير من قائمة في التطبيق. الطيور المدجّنة والأليفة المنتَجة في الأسر (كالكناري والبادجي والكوكتيل والروز وردي الوجه والحمام المنزلي) تُعرض مباشرة. والأنواع الفطرية أو المدرجة في اتفاقية سايتس (كالحسون وهجنه والببغاوات الأخرى والصقور) لا تُعرض إلا برقم ترخيص أو شهادة ملكية سارية من المركز الوطني لتنمية الحياة الفطرية، ولا تظهر قبل مراجعتها. والطيور البرية المحلية والمهاجرة والمصيودة من البر والجوارح الأخرى ممنوعة ولو كان معها ترخيص.
- إقرار البائع: لا يُنشر إعلان قبل أن يقرّ صاحبه بأن الطير مملوك له ومنتَج في الأسر، وبأن النوع صحيح وترخيصه سارٍ. والبائع وحده المسؤول نظاماً عن صحة ذلك وعن أي مخالفة لنظام البيئة ولوائحه أو لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية.
- «طير» وسيط لا بائع: لا نملك الطيور المعروضة ولا نفحصها ولا نضمن نوعها أو صحتها أو ترخيصها، ولا نتحقّق آلياً من أرقام التراخيص. ونحتفظ بحق حذف أي إعلان أو محتوى مخالف أو مشتبه فيه دون إشعار مسبق، وحظر صاحبه، والاحتفاظ ببياناته وتقديمها إلى الجهات المختصة متى طُلبت نظاماً.
- تستطيع من داخل التطبيق الإبلاغ عن أي مستخدم أو محتوى وحظره. نراجع البلاغات خلال ٢٤ ساعة ونزيل المخالف.

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليها.

By using Birds ("the App") you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is a tool to manage and track bird breeding. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for lawful use. You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm or gain unauthorized access to the service.
2. Account
Sign-in is optional, used for sync and backup. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account.
3. Free Tier & Limits
The App is free within starter limits. Unlimited access requires the "Full Version" subscription.
4. Subscriptions & Renewal
Monthly 14.99 SAR, or Yearly 99.99 SAR with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours of period end. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase. Refunds are handled per App Store and Google Play policies.
5. Early Customers
Anyone who purchased any product in the first version gets the Full Version free for life, recognized automatically or via "Restore Purchases".
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logo, and content are owned by us and protected by law. The data you enter remains yours.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" to help organize your breeding data. We strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. Keep a copy of your important data.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Community & User Content
Your public profile, listings and clubs are seen by others; you cannot post them before accepting these terms in the app.
- Zero tolerance for objectionable content: abuse, profanity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, misleading or stolen content is removed and its author banned.
- You are responsible for what you post. Sale, payment and delivery are directly between you and the other party; Tayr is not a party to the deal and holds no one's money.
- Species: every bird's species is chosen from an in-app list. Domesticated and pet birds bred in captivity (canary, budgerigar, cockatiel, rosy-faced lovebird, domestic pigeon) may be listed directly. Wild or CITES-listed species (goldfinch and its hybrids, other parrots, falcons) require a valid permit or ownership certificate from the National Center for Wildlife and are held for review before they appear. Local and migratory wild birds, wild-caught birds and other raptors are prohibited, even with a permit.
- Seller declaration: no listing is published until the seller declares the bird is theirs and captive-bred, and that the species and permit are correct. The seller alone is legally responsible for this and for any breach of the Environment Law and its regulations or the E-Commerce Law.
- Tayr is an intermediary, not a seller: we do not own, inspect or guarantee listed birds, their species, health or permits, and permit numbers are not verified automatically. We may remove any unlawful or suspicious listing without notice, ban its author, and retain and disclose their data to the competent authorities when lawfully required.
- You can report and block any user or content in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

10. Changes
We may update these terms and post the new version here. Continued use means acceptance.
